AI consulting and implementation for Gulf Coast businesses
We help Sarasota-area companies with 5 to 100 employees put artificial intelligence to work on the tasks that eat their week — quoting, intake, scheduling, document drafting, customer follow-up — without the hype, the six-figure platform, or the vendor lock-in.
Local, on-site, and straight with you about what AI can and cannot do.
What a first engagement looks like
- Week 1–2: we sit with your team and map where the hours go
- Week 3: written roadmap with costs, risks and expected hours saved
- Week 4–8: we build the highest-value automation first
- Ongoing: training, documentation, and a team that can run it
Most AI advice was written for companies with 5,000 employees
You do not have a data science team, a change management budget, or a year to run a pilot. You have a business to run, a staff stretched thin, and a growing suspicion that some of what your people do by hand every Tuesday could be done by software.
That suspicion is usually right. The hard part is knowing which Tuesday tasks — and that is what we do.
Find the hours
We interview the people actually doing the work and quantify where time disappears. No AI is discussed in this phase. The output is a ranked list of workflows with real hour counts attached.
Build the fix
We implement using your existing stack where possible — your CRM, your email, your scheduling tool — and build custom only where off-the-shelf genuinely falls short.
Hand over the keys
Every engagement ends with written documentation, recorded training, and named internal owners. You should be able to fire us and keep running. Most clients keep us anyway.
What we do
Two halves of the same job: figuring out what to build, and then actually building it. Most firms in this market do one or the other.
AI Readiness Assessment
A two-to-three week diagnostic that ends in a written roadmap: which workflows to automate, in what order, at what cost, with what risk.

Industries we know well
Sarasota and Manatee counties have roughly 35,800 business establishments between them. These four sectors are where we have gone deepest — and where the work is most automatable.
Professional Services
Accounting, insurance, legal, consulting. The densest business category in the metro and the most document-bound.
Property & HOA Management
Gulf Coast condo and association management runs on paperwork: violations, minutes, owner questions, vendor coordination.
Healthcare Practices
Independent medical, dental and therapy practices. Intake, documentation and patient communication — done HIPAA-first.
Construction & Trades
Estimating, bid response, RFIs, scheduling and the endless back-and-forth of subcontractor coordination.
Why local matters more than it sounds
Search “AI consultant Sarasota” and most of what you find is a template page from a company in Seattle, Denver or New Jersey with the city name dropped in. No local phone number, no local clients, no one who will drive to your office.
Understanding a workflow requires watching it happen. We do discovery on-site, in your building, with the people who actually do the work — because the bottleneck is almost never where the owner thinks it is.
A note on the numbers you will see elsewhere. “10x ROI.” “340% average return.” “40% cost reduction.” None of the firms publishing those figures name a client or a methodology. We would rather show you one real project with real numbers than a page of statistics nobody can check.
Results
Replace these with your own engagements as you complete them. Named clients, real before-and-after numbers, and the client's own words are worth more than every ROI claim on every competitor site in this market combined.

Frequently asked questions
What does an AI consultant actually do for a small business?
Three things, in order. First, we find the work in your business that is repetitive, rule-shaped and expensive in staff hours — quoting, intake, scheduling, document drafting, data re-entry between systems. Second, we build and connect the tools that absorb that work, using your existing software wherever possible. Third, we train your team to run it and hand over documentation so you are not dependent on us. A good engagement ends with your staff more capable, not with a subscription you can never cancel.
Do you only work with Sarasota businesses?
Sarasota and Manatee counties are home. We meet clients in person in Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Venice, Osprey, Nokomis, Palmetto and North Port, and that on-site access is a real part of the value — you learn more about a company's workflow in two hours at their office than in ten calls. We also work remotely with clients across Florida and nationally. If you are outside the region, call (941) 555-0100 and we will tell you honestly whether remote-only delivery will work for your project.
How long before we see anything working?
The assessment takes two to three weeks and ends with a written roadmap you own. The first automation is typically live four to six weeks after that. We deliberately sequence the fastest, lowest-risk win first so you have evidence in hand before committing to anything larger. Anyone promising a transformed business in seven days is selling a template.
Is our data safe? We handle client and patient information.
This is the right question and most vendors dodge it. Before any tool touches your data we document where that data goes, which vendor processes it, whether it can be used for model training, and what the retention policy is. For regulated work we use enterprise agreements with zero data retention and Business Associate Agreements where HIPAA applies, and we keep protected information out of consumer chatbot tools entirely. If a workflow cannot be done safely, we tell you that instead of building it.
What if AI turns out to be the wrong answer for us?
Then we say so and you have saved yourself a five-figure mistake. A meaningful share of the inefficiency we find in small businesses is fixed by a better form, a cleaned-up CRM field or a written process — not by a language model. Our assessment reports routinely recommend against AI for specific workflows. That is the point of paying for judgment.
Do you replace our IT company or marketing agency?
No. We work alongside them. Your MSP handles infrastructure and security; your agency handles demand generation. We handle the layer in between — the operational work your people do by hand every day. We are happy to run a joint call with your existing vendors so nobody is surprised.
