Local SEO

Show up in the map results when someone nearby is ready to buy

Google Business Profile setup and ongoing local SEO — the map pack, reviews, citations and the on-site signals that decide who gets called first.

The problem this solves

Someone two miles away searched for exactly what you sell, and three competitors came up before you did. It is rarely because their business is better. It is because their Google Business Profile is filled in properly, they have forty reviews to your six, and their name and address say the same thing everywhere on the internet. That is the whole game, and almost nobody who could be winning it is playing.

What you get

  • Google Business Profile claimed, verified and filled in completely — categories, services, hours, service area, photos
  • A review system that actually asks: automated requests after a job, timed for when people are most likely to say yes
  • Consistent business details across the directories Google cross-references, fixed where they disagree
  • Local signals on your own site: structured data, service-area pages, and city terms in the places that count
  • Monthly rank tracking against your real competitors — the ones ranking above you today

What you can count on

  • You own the Google Business Profile — I work inside yours and never hold it hostage
  • Review requests go to real customers after real jobs; I do not buy, incentivize or fake reviews
  • Rankings are reported against named competitors, not a vague "visibility score"

Then $250 a month to actually run it

The build is the easy part. What goes wrong afterwards is that nobody maintains it — six months later it is out of date, quietly broken, or nobody remembers how to change it.

The monthly fee is what stops that happening. It is not a support contract you hope never to use; it is the part where the thing keeps getting better.

  • Review requests sent automatically after each job, and new reviews responded to
  • Google Business Profile posts published, and customer questions answered
  • Citations monitored and corrected when a directory drifts
  • Monthly rank report against the competitors actually above you
  • No minimum term. Cancel any time and you keep everything that was built.

How it works

  1. Audit

I look at what is actually ranking for your terms in Sarasota and why. Usually it is review count, an incomplete profile, and inconsistent details across three directories — in that order.

  2. Fix the profile

Your Google Business Profile gets completed properly: the right primary category, every service listed, real photos, correct hours. This is the single highest-leverage hour of work in local search and most profiles never get it.

  3. Clean the citations

Your name, address and phone are made identical everywhere they appear. Google cross-references these, and disagreement between them quietly suppresses you.

  4. Then keep going

Reviews requested every month, profile posts published, questions answered, rankings tracked. Local SEO is not a project you finish — it is a position you hold while competitors drift.

Local SEO — questions I get asked

How long before I see results?

The Google Business Profile work can move things within weeks — sometimes days if your profile was badly incomplete, because you are going from invisible to present. The broader ranking work takes three to six months to compound. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either lying or about to do something that gets you penalized.

Do I need a website for this to work?

It helps a lot, but no. Plenty of businesses get real calls from a well-run Google Business Profile alone, and if budget is tight that is genuinely the better first spend. A website makes the profile stronger and gives you somewhere to send people — but the profile is what shows up in the map, and the map is where local buying decisions get made.

Can you guarantee I rank first?

No, and neither can anyone else — Google does not sell that and does not take instructions. What I can do is make sure every factor inside your control is right: complete profile, growing reviews, consistent details, real local content. Ranking follows from those far more reliably than from anything clever.

What about fake or bought reviews?

I will not do it, and you should not let anyone else either. Google detects review patterns well, and the penalty is losing the profile that your phone calls depend on. The system I build asks real customers at the right moment, which works slower and does not risk your business.
