Lead Generation

A lead pipeline that runs whether or not you have time to work on it

Sourcing, enrichment, scoring and personalized first-touch outreach — automated end to end, with deliverability treated as a first-class concern.

The problem this solves

Prospecting is the first thing that gets dropped when you are busy delivering, which is exactly why revenue arrives in waves. You finish a big job, look up, and the pipeline is empty — so you spend three weeks selling instead of delivering, and the cycle repeats. Manual prospecting does not fail because it does not work. It fails because it is the easiest thing to skip.

What you get

  • Prospect lists built from your actual ideal-customer criteria, not a bought list of stale contacts
  • Enrichment that adds the context that makes outreach land — role, company size, recent trigger events
  • A scoring model that puts the twenty percent worth your time at the top
  • Personalized first-touch messages drafted per prospect from real research, not merge-tag mail merge
  • Leads delivered straight into your inbox or CRM, deduplicated against everyone you have already contacted

What you can count on

  • Sending volume is ramped deliberately and capped, because a burned domain costs more than any campaign earns
  • Every contact is deduplicated against your existing list before it is ever messaged
  • You keep the lists, the sequences and the tooling — there is no platform to be locked into

Then $300 a month to actually run it

The build is the easy part. What goes wrong afterwards is that nobody maintains it — six months later it is out of date, quietly broken, or nobody remembers how to change it.

The monthly fee is what stops that happening. It is not a support contract you hope never to use; it is the part where the thing keeps getting better.

  • New prospects sourced, enriched and scored every week
  • Messages drafted per prospect and queued for your approval
  • Deliverability watched — bounce and complaint rates, with automatic pausing if they climb
  • A monthly funnel report showing where it converts and where it leaks
  • No minimum term. Cancel any time and you keep everything that was built.

How it works

  1. Define the target

I work out who actually converts for you by looking at your closed deals, not your assumptions. This step alone usually reshapes the targeting.

  2. Build the sourcing

Automated collection from the directories, marketplaces and public sources where your buyers are already visible, filtered against your criteria.

  3. Enrich and score

Each prospect is enriched and ranked, so your time goes to the ones most likely to buy rather than to whoever appeared first.

  4. Personalize and send

A drafted opener per prospect, referencing something specific and true. You approve the first batches; after that it runs on a schedule with volume warm-up.

Lead Generation — questions I get asked

Is automated outreach legal?

Business-to-business outreach is legal in the US under CAN-SPAM provided you identify yourself honestly, describe why you are contacting them, and honor opt-outs immediately. Every system I build does all three by default. I do not build consumer cold-mail systems, and I will not scrape sources that forbid it in their terms.

Will this get my email domain blacklisted?

Not if volume is respected. The single biggest cause of burned domains is going from zero to hundreds of sends overnight. I set up authentication properly, warm up sending gradually over weeks, cap daily volume, and monitor bounce and complaint rates with automatic pausing if they climb. Slower is genuinely faster here.

How many leads should I expect?

Anyone who answers that with a number before seeing your market is guessing. What I can commit to is volume of qualified, researched, deduplicated prospects contacted per week — the conversion rate on top of that depends on your offer and your price point. I report the full funnel so you can see exactly where it converts and where it leaks.

Do I still have to write the emails?

You write the strategy and approve the tone; the system drafts each message from real research about that specific prospect. For the first few batches you approve every message before it sends. Once you trust the output, most clients move to spot-checking a sample.
