Privacy policy

This policy covers https://www.pagelitech.com. It is written in plain English rather than legal boilerplate, because a privacy policy nobody can read is not really a privacy policy.

What I collect

Only what you actively send me:

• Your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and business name
• Whatever you write in the message field of the contact form
• Which service or product you selected, if any

I do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or session recording. If that changes, this page changes with it and a cookie notice appears before anything is set.

What I do with it

I use it to reply to you and to have a conversation about your inquiry. That is the entire purpose. I do not add you to a mailing list, I do not enroll you in an automated follow-up sequence, and I do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Who else sees it

Contact form submissions pass through a third-party form provider and arrive in my email. My website host records standard server logs, which include IP addresses, as every web server does. These providers process data on my behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How long I keep it

Inquiries that become client work are kept for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Inquiries that go nowhere are deleted within two years. You can ask me to delete yours sooner and I will.

Your rights

You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email elipage2020@outlook.com and I will action it within thirty days. You do not need to give a reason.

Client data

When I work on a project I often handle your business data — customer lists, order records, financial figures. That is governed by the agreement I sign with you, not by this page. In short: it stays yours, I use it only to do the work, I hold the minimum access needed, and I return or destroy it when the engagement ends.

Changes

If this policy changes materially I will update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
