Our estimator has thirty years of judgment. Can software replicate that?
No, and it should not try. What it can do is eliminate the four hours of document reading and spreadsheet assembly that precede the twenty minutes of actual judgment. Estimators who work with these tools generally describe it as getting their evenings back, not as being replaced.
We use [field service software]. Does this replace it?
No. We work alongside your existing field and project management software, filling the gaps between it and the rest of your systems. If your platform already does something well, we will tell you to use it.
Our crews are not technical. Will they have to learn new software?
We design so field-side change is minimal — usually a photo or a voice note through a tool they already use. The heavy lifting stays in the office systems. Automations that require behaviour change from busy crews do not survive contact with a job site.
