Team AI Training

Your staff are already using AI. The question is whether they are using it well, and whether they are using it safely with your clients' information.

Shadow AI is already in your building

Survey after survey finds the same thing: employees adopt AI tools well ahead of their employers' policies. Someone in your office has pasted a client document into a free chatbot this month. They were trying to do good work faster. Nobody told them where the line was.

Training solves two problems at once — it makes people meaningfully more productive, and it replaces guesswork with clear rules about what goes into which tool.

How we run it

  1. Pre-work

We collect real tasks from each role beforehand. Training on generic examples is why most AI workshops produce enthusiasm on Friday and nothing by Wednesday.

  2. Half-day or full-day on-site session

Role-specific, hands-on, working on your actual tasks. Split by function where it makes sense — what a bookkeeper needs is not what a project manager needs.

  3. Guardrails segment

What data may go into which tool, what always needs human review, what must be disclosed to clients, and the specific failure modes to watch for in your industry.

  4. Playbook handover

A written, company-specific document: approved tools, tested prompts for common tasks, escalation rules. This is the artifact that makes training stick.

  5. Follow-up session

Three to four weeks later, to troubleshoot what people actually hit in practice and reinforce what worked.

Formats

Leadership briefing

90 minutes for owners and managers. What is real, what is hype, where the risk sits, and how to evaluate the vendors currently emailing you.

Team workshop

Half or full day, hands-on, up to [20] people. The core offering and the one most clients start with.

Ongoing enablement

Monthly sessions for companies rolling out AI across departments, plus office hours for questions as they come up.

Association, chamber and group sessions

We deliver AI education for chambers of commerce, trade associations and professional groups across Sarasota and Manatee counties. If your organisation is looking for a speaker who will give members something practical rather than a sales pitch, get in touch.

Frequently asked questions

Our team is nervous about AI. Will this make it worse?

Usually the opposite. Most anxiety comes from ambiguity — people do not know whether they are supposed to use it, whether it is coming for their job, or whether they will get in trouble. We address that directly and early. Sessions where leadership is clear about intent go markedly better than sessions where they are vague.

Do you train on specific tools?

Yes — whatever your organisation has standardised on, or a recommendation if you have not chosen yet. We also teach the transferable skills, since the specific tools will change and the underlying judgment will not.

How many people can attend?

Hands-on workshops work best at 20 or fewer. Briefings and presentations scale to any size. For larger organisations we run multiple sessions split by function.

Can you do this remotely?

Yes, though on-site is meaningfully better for hands-on workshops. Remote works well for leadership briefings and follow-up sessions.
